💸 Refund Policy – Broom Queens Cleaning Services

At Broom Queens, we strive to deliver exceptional service and client satisfaction. While refunds are not guaranteed, we do offer fair and reasonable resolutions under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under these circumstances:

  • Service was not performed as agreed in the written scope of work.

  • A confirmed appointment was canceled by Broom Queens without rescheduling.

  • The client reported a valid service issue within 24 hours of completion and a resolution was not possible.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Services performed according to the agreed scope, but not meeting subjective expectations.

  • Missed appointments due to client unavailability, access issues, or unsafe conditions.

  • Add-on services not included in the original booking or agreement.

  • Hoarding conditions, biohazards, or undisclosed service limitations.

3. Resolution Process

Clients must submit refund requests in writing within 48 hours of service. Requests should include:

  • Service date and location

  • Description of the issue

  • Supporting documentation (photos, receipts, etc.)

Broom Queens will review the request within 5 business days and may offer:

  • A partial refund

  • A complimentary touch-up service

  • A service credit toward future bookings

4. Payment Method and Timing

Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Service credits are valid for 90 days from the date of issue and are non-transferable.

5. Policy Updates

This refund policy is subject to change. Updates will be posted on our website or shared via email. Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
