Cancellation Policy
To ensure quality service and efficient scheduling, please review our booking terms below: - Hourly Rate: $45.00 per hour - Minimum Booking Requirement: 3 hours per visit ($135 minimum) - Scheduling: Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day requests are subject to availability and may incur an expedited service fee. - Cancellation Policy: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled service time. Late cancellations may be subject to a $45 fee. - Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic transfers. - Scope of Work: Services include general office cleaning such as dusting, vacuuming, trash removal, restroom sanitation, and surface disinfecting. Custom requests may be accommodated with prior notice. - Access Requirements: Clients must ensure access to the premises at the scheduled time. Delays due to access issues may reduce service time without refund. - Recurring Services: Weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly plans are available. Ask about discounted rates for long-term contracts.
